Upper extremity nerve anatomy and pathology

MSK Ultrasound is a safe, dynamic, accurate, patient friendly and panoramic imaging technique that allows in depth assessment of most of the upper extremity nerves. It can accurately evaluate nerve tumors, traumatic disorders and nerve compression syndromes. In addition MSK ultrasound can assess the adjacent tissue that can be responsible of nerve damage.

See this video about much more information about upper extremity nerve anatomy, scanning, diagnostic, and pathologies.

This lecture is presented by Stefano Bianchi MD. [Director, CIM SA Cabinet Imagerie Medicale, Geneva, Switserland; Author of the book: Ultrasound of the Musculoskeletal System (2007)] during the International Conference of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (icmsu.com) in Amsterdam 28th march 2015.
